Parking information
Please check your email. Your payment receipt should be sent to you shortly. This may have come into your spam box. This is proof of your payment for your parking subscription and allows you to use the parking area while your subscription is valid.
If your payment declines or if you cancel it, your vehicle information will be automatically removed from the database and you will no longer be permitted to park. You will then be required to complete the application again. Your permit may be allocated to someone else, therefore it is vital you ensure your parking payments are kept up to date. We will not send out reminder emails or letters if your payment is stopped.

Changing vehicle
If you change your vehicle, please contact us using the contact link within this website to inform us. We will then transfer your digital permit to your new vehicle at no extra cost. We are happy to do this 2 times per year, there may be a small admin charge for consistent change of vehicle.
Unauthorised vehicles
Unfortunately from time to time, there will be vehicles parking that do not have authorisation to do so or parking in an irresponsibly manner taking up more than 1 space. This may result in you having nowhere to park. This is an unavoidable circumstance and if this does occur, please do not block in other vehicles or park in any of the unauthorised areas as detailed above. We ask that if this happen (hopefully it never will!), you park on the road and allow us time to resolve the issue.
If you have nowhere to park, please contact us so that we can act on this to avoid it becoming a regular occurrence.
We will be aiming to patrol the site 3 times per day, including night time patrols. This will inevitably deter unauthorised vehicles from parking in the area and hopefully reduce the risk of this from happening.
We will never issue more permits than spaces available and always aim to keep 1 or 2 spaces empty to allow for these curcumstances.

Visitor permits |
We will shortly be adding visitor permits. You will receive an email regarding this once it is live. Once we have received all applications, we will open a number of spaces for visitor permits. This essentially allows properties to purchase a second space for visitors.
