Giving correct notice
When you look to leave a property, you need to make sure you give the correct notice and end your tenancy correctly. Most landlords require 2 months written notice before you can end your tenancy agreement. If you fail to adhere to the tenancy terms you could be held in breach of your agreement which could impose penalties.
